At HSLC, we recognize that your experiences as users of the POWER Library must be considered with every initiative we implement. We are committed to engaging with you, our participants, to ensure you are getting the most out of POWER Library so that you can best serve your patrons and, indeed, your entire community.
If librarians and library staff do not feel confident about utilizing the resources on POWER Library, then it’s unlikely your patrons/students are aware of all of the resources that are freely available to them. Pennsylvania libraries are crucial to bridging our communities to the digital services provided by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
In the spirit of creating a fantastic user experience, we recognize training library staff on the POWER Library and its contents is a key component in improving access and in growing our already dynamic profession. To assist us in our efforts to offer the best training options, we want to hear from you!
The following POWER Library training survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will offer valuable insight into developing a training model to best serve all Pennsylvania libraries and, in turn, help grow and improve the POWER Library for all residents of the Commonwealth.
