Tips for Gathering Your ILL and E-Resource Statistics for Your Annual Reports
ILL Statistics
For quick how-to instructions for obtaining a summary of your library’s activity as a lender and borrower, check out the SHAREit Tip - Net Activity Report.
You can find links to the Current Statistics application and instructions for using it in the For Librarians section of the POWER Library: For Librarians > E-Resources > Statistics
You will need your library’s PL code to log in to see the statistics. If you are unsure of your PL code, please consult the Participant Directory.
Here Are a Couple of Tips for Troubleshooting Your Statistics Gathering Efforts!
We occasionally hear about odd occurrences from libraries trying to run statistical reports. Here are a few tips that might help:
Use your browser's incognito mode to access reports websites.
Clear your history/cache.
Try an alternate web browser. For example, if you are experiencing issues using Google Chrome, try the Microsoft Edge browser.
