Attention K-12 School Librarians: A Note about Class Visits on the Chat with a Librarian Service
We love seeing your students online using Chat with a Librarian, and we are thrilled you are introducing your students to this amazing service.

To ensure that we are adequately staffed to meet your students’ needs and to support the work you are doing with them, we ask that you give us a heads up when you are using Chat with a Librarian with groups of students.

Simply email our Virtual Reference Specialist, Ed Wolf, and we’ll be sure to have sufficient librarians standing by to work with your classes.

24 hours' notice is best!
