Who’s Helping Your Patrons/Students When You’re Not Around?

Google’s great and all—but do you know what’s better?

That’s right—another librarian!

Chat with a Librarian is Pennsylvania’s collaborative virtual reference service, with librarians providing reference, research, and general information help to PA residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

And the best part? All you need to do to provide this service for your patrons/students is add the Chat with a Librarian link to your website.  It’s as simple as that!

When you’re not around, we’ve got you covered!  You provide the link, we’ll provide the answers—and you can rest easy knowing your patrons/students are having their information needs met by a qualified librarian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Share the POWER Library Videos with Your Users!

Videos are available about the four core services, and POWER Library overall. These whimsical videos feature a unique character for each service that introduces the service.

Please share these videos with your users on your public access channels and social media platforms.

30-second versions are available too!
