Are you putting their IDS numbers in the Library Name field of the Participant Record? This is something that should not be done. When HSLC staff discover profiles like this, the profiles are updated to not have that information in that field. If you want your IDS number to print on your shipping labels, the IDS number should be included in the SHIP TO field, not the LIBRARY NAME field. The shipping labels only read the SHIP TO field. Shipping labels ignore the Library Name field. Also, changing the Library Name field without informing HSLC can create indexing issues since the Participant Record is not the only place this data resides. If you need to change it for any reason, reach out to HSLC support and we will ensure this information is updated in all the appropriate places. And a tangential tidbit?
