While most of the shipping label printing issues were resolved last year, we were made aware in January that when printing shipping labels in Chrome, an extra page printed. 

SHAREit developer Auto-Graphics has created a fix. However, it will not be ready until later in March. 

In the meantime, if you experience any other printing issues in SHAREit, particularly if you use Chrome, please contact HSLC support.

Training Update for 2023

Our research has indicated that library staff prefer online self-paced training opportunities over longer, live virtual sessions, so our focus through the end of 2022 and into 2023 has been to build training modules for the soon to be launched POWER Academy. 

POWER Academy will be available through Niche Academy and will provide a myriad of bite-sized trainings on all of the core services in POWER Library as well as other, POWER Library related topics. More information coming soon!

Fall Training to be in-person
We do still intend to provide in-person training this fall at multiple locations throughout PA, and if we don't see you at a conference this spring or summer, we hope to see you in the fall!
