New eCard Registration System

The eCard registration program has been upgraded to a new system that requires all eCard users to register for a new eCard.

If you access POWER Library with a library card number issued by your local library, there are no changes required. Additionally, if you have a library card issued by your local library, you do not need an eCard. You can use your local library card number to access the e-resources in POWER Library.
