ILL Hub Information Now Included in Participant Directory
The online POWER Library/Access PA Participant Directory now indicates if a library is a hub library, what their hub is, and how the address labels should work. 
 
If the library is a hub library, that information is included. Please see the below example. If the library is not a hub, these fields will not appear.

Are You Prompted for a Library Card or eCard Number When Inside Your Institution?
Your POWER Library support team at HSLC maintains an I.P. database to which all I.P. addresses must be included for users inside your institutions to successfully access POWER Library E-Resources. 
 
If you are prompted for a library card number or eCard number when inside your institution, we can help you resolve that issue.
 
To expedite the resolution of this issue for your institution, please ask your I.T. staff to provide you with all the available external I.P. addresses in use at your institution, and send that list to HSLC support.
