Find E-Resources
Are Your E-Resource Links Working Properly?
Test your links! The Links Generator is your friend!
Make sure you test ALL the POWER Library E-Resource links from inside your institution – sometimes authentication issues are vendor-specific.

Here's how to test:

From inside your institution...
  1. Go to:
    https://powerlibrary.org/librarians/e-resources/e-resources-links/

  2. Start entering your library's name

  3. Select your library from the choices offered
(Don't see your institution listed? Contact Support.)

  4. Select the Generate Links button

  5. Test each e-resource listed in the "Individual POWER Library E-Resources" section. You should get right into the e-resource.
Prompted for a barcode number when inside your institution?
Contact your IT department for your current public/external IP address or range as well as any additional public IP addresses including load balancers, backups, cloud filters, separate wireless, or student device networks, etc. If there are any updates, please let us know!
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Does your school use SSO to access POWER Library? Login to your SSO platform and test. If it isn’t working and/or is prompting you for a library card number, please let us know!

When you login via SSO, you should land on a page that looks like this:
