Spotlight On...
Academic OneFile Select
Includes almost 4,000 titles in full text!
This resource covers everything from art and literature to economics and the sciences. This resource for academic research integrates the full text of publications from across the disciplines and now includes vocational/technical titles used by community college students, filling a specific need for curriculum-oriented collections.

The combination of full text for scholarly journals and selected general interest titles for smaller academic libraries is ideal.

Professional Development Webinar

Getting Started with Transparent Language Online!
Transparent Language is proud to host Transparent Language Online training webinars for librarians, aimed at keeping you fresh on various aspects of Transparent Language!
What will participants learn?
The best language learning platform is the one your patrons actually use. But they can't use it if they don't know about it. Which means you've gotta spread the word about Transparent Language Online, and we've gotta help you.

First step: getting to know the platform. Join Transparent Language staff for an introduction (or a refresher) of Transparent Language Online for Libraries. We'll take a look at the learning portal including...
  • setting learning goals & earning streaks
  • browsing popular courses & creating your own learning path
  • touring through a lesson & various learning activities
  • exploring what's new lately (and maybe a sneak peek at what's coming soon?)
When can I attend?
Tuesday, March 11, 2025: 2-3pm EDT
