Collecting Stories of POWER Library Impact!

We’re not looking for big or lengthy stories—just small, meaningful ways that a POWER Library service has resulted in a meaningful impact for patrons.

At HSLC, we collect anonymous usage statistics on website visits, e-book views, and other services, but we don’t often hear about the real-life impact POWER Library has on patrons.

We’re seeking stories that highlight how POWER Library has made a meaningful difference in people’s lives. To help with this, we’ve added a link to several e-resources on the 'List All' page, where patrons can share their experiences.

Please feel free to direct patrons to the 'Share Your Story' page or even submit a story on their behalf.

Attention Interlibrary Loan Staff and Supervisors

Is interlibrary loan part of your workday?

If interlibrary loan is part of your workday, you should be receiving fairly regular email communication from Erin Halovanic, the Access Pennsylvania administrator, via the Access PA Contacts email list.

The Access PA Contacts email list is the primary means by which any Interlibrary Loan news is shared, including messages about shipping, software upgrades, and changes in procedures.
